The reports page, accessed by clicking the fourth item, Reports, in the navigation, leads to a page where all possible report categories for the system are listed:

Reports

All reports are divided into 3 categories:

  • Main Reports
  • Sales Reports
  • Other

NOTE: When generating each report, it is possible to print it by clicking the PRINT button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

For some reports, depending on the type, it is possible to select different time periods, while for others it is not.

Main Reports

The first group is Main Reports. They are further divided into four subcategories.

Current Balance Report

The first type of report, the Current Balance Report, provides a report for the current sales status for today's date.

NOTE: Each of the report types has the same options for choosing time parameters.

NOTE: The structure and format of other receipt reports is the same (or similiar).

Daily Report

For the Daily Report, it is possible to select yesterday or a specific date.

Periodic Report

The Periodic Report, as its name suggests, allows for sales reporting over a selected period.

Shift Report

The Shift Report allows for sales reporting during shift.

Sales Reports

The second group consists of sales reports by various criteria: total, by buyer, by staff member, etc.

Sales by Staff Member in Shift

This report provides sales data for staff members whose current shift is active.

NOTE: It is important that the shift is open; otherwise, generating the report will not be possible.

Total Sales

The Total Sales report generates total sales over a selected time period.

Sales by Buyer

The Sales by Buyer report generates total sales over a selected time period for a specific buyer.

Sales by Staff Member

The Sales by Staff Member report generates total sales over a selected time period for the current staff member.

Sales by Inventory Item

The Sales by Inventory Item report generates total sales over a selected time period for all available inventory items in the system.

Sales by Inventory Item Category

The Sales by Inventory Item Category report generates total sales over a selected time period for all available inventory item categories in the system.

Sales by Inventory Item Type

The Sales by Inventory Item Type report generates total sales over a selected time period for all available inventory item types in the system.

Sales by Sector

The Sales by Sector report generates total sales over a selected time period for all sectors in your hospitality space.

Ingridient sales

The Ingridient Sales report generates total sales over a selected time period for all ingridients that are part of your order items.

Electronic journal, both offline and corrective

An electronic journal in hospitality is a digitally stored record of all fiscal transactions processed through a fiscal device or POS system. It serves as a legal and traceable log of issued receipts and other fiscal operations, maintained in compliance with tax and fiscal regulations.

Other

In the last group, labeled Other, there is a report for the stock and the status of items within it.

Stock

Report for the stack items for a specific period of time.
