Reports
The Reports page, the fourth item in the navigation, contains all the reports available directly at the register:
Reports
The reports are divided into three categories:
Tip
Every generated report can also be printed — with the PRINT button in the upper right corner of the screen.
For some reports, depending on the type, you can select different time periods, while for others the period is fixed.
Main Reports
The first group is Main Reports, further divided into four subcategories.
Current Balance Report
The Current Balance Report shows the current sales status for today's date:

Note
The time-parameter options look the same for every report type, and the structure and format of the other reports is the same (or similar).
Daily Report
For the Daily Report you can select yesterday or a specific date.
Periodic Report
The Periodic Report, as its name suggests, reports sales over a selected period.
Shift Report
The Shift Report covers sales during the shift.
Sales Reports
The second group consists of sales reports by various criteria: total, by buyer, by staff member, etc.
Sales by Staff Member in Shift
Sales data for the staff member whose current shift is active.
Note
The shift must be open — otherwise generating this report is not possible.
Total Sales
Total sales over a selected time period.
Sales by Buyer
Total sales over a selected time period for a specific buyer.
Sales by Staff Member
Total sales over a selected time period for the current staff member.
Sales by Inventory Item
Total sales over a selected time period for all available inventory items in the system.
Sales by Inventory Item Category
Total sales over a selected time period for all available inventory item categories in the system.
Sales by Inventory Item Type
Total sales over a selected time period for all available inventory item types in the system.
Sales by Sector
Total sales over a selected time period for all sectors in your hospitality space.
Ingridient sales
Total sales over a selected time period for all ingredients that are part of your order items.
Other
The last group, labeled Other, contains the report for the stock and the status of items within it.
Stock
A report of the stock items for a specific period of time.
